Grapes Variety Viognier 100% Robe Nice gold robe. Tasting Notes This vintage has developped a deep round and persistent mouth, silky on light apricot notes that will surprise more than one. Food Matchs Perfect with tapas, grilled prawns, poultry salad, crayfish or spaghetti alle vongole. Tasting Advices Fresh (11-13°C), ours bag in box can be stored at least 6 months in a fresh place and be optimally tasted during the 3 weeks following opening. This wine is a monovariety wine, round and complex in mouth. Grapes are havested in the sunrise freshness, then immediately pressed. After vinification under cold controled temperature to preserve aromas, this wine is allowed to rest under fine lies until spring before being conditioned by our family.
