Grapes Variety Shiraz 100% Robe Intense and deep cherry red robe with garnet reflections. Tasting Notes The nose is fully aromatic, with potent red fruit aromas. Tannins are still present but elegant and rounded in a nice palate. Food Matchs Perfect with roasted red meats, poultries, venisons or duck brochettes. Tasting Advices At room temperature (16-19°C), ours Bag In Box can be stored at least 6 months in a fresh place and be optimally tasted durng the 3 weeks following opening. Done with Shiraz. This wine combines freshness, power and spicy notes for a subtile aromatic and round palate. Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity. After traditional vinification in centenary tanks, it has been aged during at least 24 months before being bottled by our family.
