A Corbieres wine full of life ! A rare vintage of 1500 bottles ! This wine is a blend of 3 secular Languedoc grape varieties: Rolle which brings lively and aromatic traits and White grenache and Maccabeu of belated harvest which bring structure and fleshy notes. Grape harvest is made by hands, at optimal maturity. Fermentation is slow, at low controled temperature. Aging and maturation are done on fine lies until spring before bottling at the domain by our family.
