Our domain, a family story since 1770...

Nested in the heart of Corbieres in the little hamlet of Gasparets within the famous BOUTENAC Terroir, the Domain Martinolle-Gasparets is today owning less than 10 hectares and has seen the succession of not less than 6 winemakers generations, all sharing the same flame: vineyard and soil respect.
Arising from the vineyards merging of 2 winemakers families, the Domain was concentrated throughout the past 40 years on the most difficult and demanding plots, ignoring productivity and focusing on quality to produce rare, organic and authentic wines with high typicity.

The major part of our cultivated parcels are today located around the Gasparets hamlet and our bicentenary cellar, on one of the four greatest Languedoc terroir recognized by INAO: the Boutenac Terroir.
From this double heritage has also been maintained a few historically qualitative parcels into the pinewoods at Lezignan-Corbieres, between the Aussou river and the Abbaye of Fontfroide under the foothills of Château St Martin or along the tumultuous banks of Orbieu river.
Our vineyard parcels are all Organic-certified and display 8 different grape varieties: from the secular Carignan and Grenache used in our red wines to some specific varieties like Shiraz, Cinsault, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Viognier, Rolle or Bourboulenc.
