The Languedoc aperitive !
This Liquor wine is made by mutage of traditional Eau de Vie de Marc de Raisin with grape must from 2 grape varieties: Rolle and Bourboulenc. Must is obtained after manual harvest of over-matured grapes. The Eau de Vie is locally produced and meticulously selected by the family for its richness and aromatic compatibility. The obtained mistelle is lightly filtered then bottled by the family after at least 12-month of ageing, then regularly during its growth.
