Grapes Variety Grenache 50%, Carignan 50% Robe Intense and deep red color. Tasting Notes Fresh nose of red fruits. Refreshing and round palate with fine pepper and spicy notes. Food Matchs Perfect for aperitive, it will also perfectly marry with charcuterie or red roasted meats. Refreshing, it will highlight your spicy plates or a couscous. Tasting Advices At room temperature (16-19°C), can be kept 6 to 8 years. Parcellar of amazing Grenache and Carignan that elegantly combines power, freshness and fine spicy, roasted notes. A full aromatic palate. Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity. After traditional vinification in centenary, this wine has been aged 12 months before being bottled at the domain by our family.
