Grapes Varietys Cinsault 50%, Black Grenache 50% Robe Pale grenadine pink robe. Tasting Notes Tasting notes remind us ancestral roses and peaches groves. Accords mets This wine will enjoy your aperitives or BBQ with your friends, but also poultries, couscous and other lamb brochettes. Tasting Advices Fresh (11-13°C), can be drink in the next 2 years. A really aromatic millesime ! A vintage limited to 1500 bottles. This wine is made from 2 secular South grap variety: Cinsault and Black Grenache. It is a complex blended Rosé, made by Cinsault press enriched with beautiful bleeding or Black Grenache from red wine tanks from which it keeps their breed nature. After vinification under controled cold temperature to concentrate aromas, this wine will be submitted to winter cold before being bottled at the domain by our family.
