Grapes Variety Carignan 40% - Black Grenache 40% - Shiraz 20% Robe Intense and deep cherry red robe with garnet reflections. Tasting Notes The nose is fully aromatic, with potent red fruit aromas. Tannins are still present but elegant and rounded in a long-lasting and powerfull palate. Food Matchs Perfect with roasted red meats, poultries, venisons or duck brochettes. Tasting Advices At room temperature (16-19°C), ours Bag In Box can be stored at least 6 months in a fresh place and be optimally tasted durng the 3 weeks following opening. Composé de Carignan Noir, Grenache noir et de Syrah. Ce vin allie la puissance et fraicheur du Carignan et la douceur du Grenache Noir qui se combinent à merveille aux notes épicées de la Syrah pour un vin subtilement aromatique aux tannins légers et fondus. Les grappes sont récoltées à maturité optimale. Après une vinification traditionnelle en cuves centenaire, il a été élevé et vieilli 15 mois avant d’être conditionné au domaine par notre famille.
